Anti-Spam Directive Effective
CK - Washington. Like Australians and soon Americans, EU citizens now enjoy coherent region-wide anti spam rules. The new EU rules of the Privacy Protection Directive 2002/58/EC had to be transposed into national member-country laws by October 31, 2003.
